STILA EYESHADOW PALETTE: GARDEN So I love eyeshadows and I am an self pronounced eyeshadow snob. I have been using Urban Decay for about 4 years now, sprinkled in with some Bobbi Brown. I dont stray. Well I got this palette to try, along with another one. I have to say, I am impressed with Stila eyeshadow. The colors are vibrant. The shadow is perfect. I dont love this particular palette, however, I do love the shadow. It goes on smooth, lasts all day, doesnt dust off under your eye, just a slight shimmer (not circa 1990's).
